SHOP AND E-COMMERCE

Shop and e-commerce: We process your data as customers in order to allow you to select, purchase or order the selected products, goods and services, as well as their payment and delivery or execution.

If this is necessary for the execution of an order, we use service providers, in particular postal, transit and shipping companies (post office, global relay, etc.) to ensure delivery or execution for our clients.

We use the services of banks and payment service providers to process payment transactions. (Shine bank, stripe, paypal) Required information is marked as such in the order or comparable purchase process and includes information necessary for delivery or supply and billing as well as contact details so that we can talk to our customers, if necessary.

PAYMENT METHODS

-Paypal

-Bank cards / transfers via the Stripe payment platform, and then managed by the Shine bank

In the context of contractual and other legal relationships, due to legal obligations or otherwise based on our legitimate interests, we offer data subjects efficient and secure payment options and use other service providers in addition to banks and credit institutions. (ReCAPTCHA etc.)

The data processed by the payment service provider includes inventory data such as name and address, bank data such as account numbers or credit card numbers, passwords, TANs and checksums as well as contract, sum and recipient information. The information is necessary to carry out the transactions.

However, the data entered will only be processed and stored by the payment service providers. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card information, only information with confirmation or negative payment information.

The data may be transmitted to credit agencies by the payment service provider. The purpose of this transmission is to verify your identity and your creditworthiness. For this, we refer to the general terms and conditions and the data protection information of the payment service providers.

DATA PROCESSING

Important notice regarding data processing in connection with Google Analytics:

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the body responsible for processing the data collected by this site is based outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland, then the processing of data associated with Google Analytics will be carried out by Google LLC (headquartered in the United States ). Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC are hereinafter referred to as "Google".

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files saved on the site visitor’s computer, to allow the analysis of the use of the site by the latter. The information generated by the cookie (including the truncated IP address) about the use of the website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google.

Google Analytics is used exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp ()” on this site. The extension guarantees anonymization of the IP address by truncation and therefore excludes any direct personal reference. Via this extension, Google truncates the IP address of site visitors located in a Member State of the European Union or in another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

The full IP address of the site visitor will only be transmitted to Google servers and truncated in the USA in exceptional circumstances. The IP address, which is provided by the site visitor's browser using Google Analytics, will not be merged by Google with other Google data.

On behalf of the site operator, Google will use the information collected to evaluate the use of the site, compile reports on site activity and provide other website and internet-related services to the site operator. (Art. 6, 1. f, GDPR). The legitimate interest in the data processing lies in the optimization of this site, the analysis of the use of the site and the adaptation of the content. The interests of users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.

Google LLC guarantees an adequate level of data protection on the basis of European standard contractual clauses. Data sent and linked to Google Analytics cookies, such as user ID or advertising IDs, will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data that has reached the retention date is carried out automatically once a month.

The site visitor can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in the browser. The site visitor can also prevent Google from collecting information (including the IP address) via cookies and from processing this information by downloading and installing this plug-in in their browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site visitor can prevent the collection of data by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An "opt-out cookie" will then be placed and will allow the site visitor not to be tracked while browsing the site.

For more information on the processing and use of data by Google, the settings and the options for deactivation, please consult the Google privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) as well as the settings of Google Ads (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).

reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service from Google LLC (Google) to protect form entries on your site. This service is used to differentiate human-made entries from automated abuse. This involves sending the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service.

For this purpose, your data will be communicated to Google and used by their services. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union - or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area - and will thus be anonymous. In exceptional cases, your full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service.

The IP address provided by reCAPTCHA by your browser will not be merged with other Google data. This collection of data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. For more information about Google's privacy policy, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=fr

By using the reCAPTCHA service, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
